Soy Sauce Grilled Pork Chops

grilled pork chop recipes From frozen:

Place frozen pork chops in a zip loc bag with soy sauce in the fridge before leaving for work.

They will be thawed and ready for the grill when you get home.

Place on grill over medium heat until cooked all the way through.

Approximately 20 minutes turning once for 1 inch thick chops.

From thawed:

About one hour before grilling place chops in a shallow glass baking dish.

Pour soy sauce over chops so that it comes to the side of the pork chops.

Let sit for one hour may turn once half way through marinating process.

Garlic Grilled Pork Chops


garlic pork chop recipes Season one side of pork chops with Lawry's garlic salt before placing on grill.

Cook on medium heat until cooked all the way through.

Approximately 20 minutes turning once for 1 inch thick chops.

After turning first time, season other side with garlic salt.

Only season twice, once on each side.

You can also use fresh course minced garlic and course ground salt instead of garlic salt.
