The easiest grouper recipes for this super mild fish.

Grouper recipes Imagine having quick and easy grouper recipes for family and friends. This very mild fish needs flavor added to it. Grouper is light and fluffy in texture, similar to tilapia, but a little bit firmer. This fish can be as big as a compact car but due to the concern of mercury in fish, smaller grouper are healthier to eat. Mercury is a concern for all fish that are bottom feeders or eat other fish that are bottom feeders.

The most common size of grouper fillet you will see in the market is about 12-15 inches or so. This is also good because it means these grouper were young enough that the mercury isn't much of a concern. Of course the older and larger the fish, the potentially higher content of mercury. You don't have to be concerned about it as long as you use the smaller fillets. This general rule also applies to many other types of fish. Here are the recipes. I hope you find them delicious.
