Easy meatball soup recipe

This meatball soup recipe serves 6 people.

Items needed:

2 48oz. cans chicken broth.

1 lb. ground beef.

1 egg.

1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs.

1 10oz. package frozen chopped spinach.

1 16oz. package frozen tortellini.

1/2 tspn salt.

Pepper to taste.

Pour broth into a large soup pot, cover and heat on medium heat until reaches a simmer.

While broth is heating, mix ground beef, egg, bread crumbs, salt and pepper.

Form into 3/4 in. balls, drop into simmering broth and cook for about 5 minutes.

Add frozen totellini and boil for about 7 more minutes.

Add spinach and heat a feww more minutes. Enjoy.
