Pizza recipes can be very diverse and have almost any topping of your choice. There are salad pizzas, dessert pizzas, chicken and steak pizzas and so on. I'm not certain of the origins of pizza but I do know that Americans love pizza. In fact Friday night was almost always pizza night for us growing up.
