A snappy salad pizza for the health conscience.


A healthy alternative to plain old pizza. This salad pizza recipe is sure to be a hit. Remember to experiment with your own favorite ingredients.

Items needed:

10 oz. pizza crust, regular or whole wheat.

Lettuce.

Pepperoni.

Bacon, cooked and chopped.

Black olives.

Carrots, shredded.

Mozzarella cheese, shredded.

Apples, diced or sliced (optional)

Dressing of your choice.

Salt and pepper.

Heat oven to 450.

Place crust on baking sheet in oven for 5-8 minutes until brown.

Mix ingredients in a bowl while crust is heating.

Remove crust from oven and top with mixture.

Enjoy.
