I was stationed in Germany when I was in the Army and I got to taste the authentic item. It's fantastic. I know there will be a bunch of you out there who know just what I'm talking about. Now there are other recipes for veal like Scallopini, but I had to mention Schnitzel since both sides of my family have German influence and I've lived there.
